1. The wig product we offer is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material known as "High-temperature resistance fiber." This material can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius. The suitable temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to exercise caution when curling or straightening the hair, as high temperatures can be harmful to the hair.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing. This is because the wig lacks the hair cuticle structure necessary to retain color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinses used in the dyeing process cannot be effectively washed out of the wig cap.

3. The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (this step is excluded for curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap using the provided buckle. c. Spray the wig care solution and style the wig's hair to your desired look.

4. To clean and care for the wig, follow these steps: First, straighten out the wig. Then, add a small amount of shampoo to cold water and soak the wig for 5-10 minutes. Gently press the wig to wash it, then rinse it thoroughly with water. Allow the wig to air-dry naturally, and you can then spray a small amount of the care solution.

5. It is important to note that the perceived color of the wig may occasionally differ from the actual color due to factors such as computer monitors, shooting light, camera pixels, and personal color perception. The wig is 100% brand new and made of 100% high-temperature fiber.

After receiving the wig, it is recommended to gently shake it to fluff it up, as the packaging or transportation process may have caused the wig to become slightly compressed.

The wig has an approximate length of 40 cm or 16 inches. The maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is approximately 20-21 inches or 51-53 cm, with a possible error of 1-2 cm.
