The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig products is a thermostable material, allowing the hair to be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The recommended temperature range is typically between 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Regarding dyeing the wigs, this is not possible, as the hair cuticle is absent, preventing the color from lasting for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse within the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and caring for the wig, follow these steps: - Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. - Shampoo the wig in cold or warm water. - Soak the wig for 1-3 minutes. - Rinse with water. - Dry with a towel. - Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when the wig is worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from the ends to the roots, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle.

Regarding hairstyle and color variations, please note that the wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may differ slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the colors may vary slightly depending on the settings of your personal computer or cell phone monitor, but we do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may arrive in a slightly out-of-shape condition. This can be easily addressed by combing the wig or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original appearance.

The wig length is approximately 12 inches/30 cm, and the maximum adjustable circumference is around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm, with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.

Each package includes 1 wig, and the product is 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber.
